Answer for Glucose and Blood Ketone

Well, if it was after a bad day there may have been extra glucose around so when you add fat and ketones, the glucose doesn’t get used (body prefers ketones) and can make for higher glucose levels. There could also be a sensitivity to dairy.  That will increase glucose.  Try testing before and after having your BPC after a few good days. If it spikes up it could be a dairy sensitivity.  Then eliminate dairy for a few weeks.
