Answer for Alternative vaccination schedule or just hype?

That is a very personal questions that we really encourage everyone to do the research and pick what is best for your family.  There are really two schools of thought in building immune systems versus vaccines.  If you do do vaccines I highly recommend getting them spaced out as the combined vaccines add junk to make them stable when combined.
As for the flu vaccine, we don’t recommend it.  If you have a very compromised immune system it may be worth it.  If not, just building your immune system (take a good bifido bacteria probiotic, vitmainD3 adn K2, etc) is a better choice.
