Hi, The best option is to just get back to eating right as quickly as possible. So 20g or less total carbs, moderate protein (50-75g) the rest fat.  Also if you aren’t taking it, a magnesium supplement would be good.  It takes a lot of magnesium to process sugar. Thanks!
